Today I sat in meditation with my favourite crystal Kunzite on my heart chakra. After I meditate I always sit, channel and write whatever wisdom is following through me in those moments. The question I always ask is… What wisdom wishes to come through me today?
Before I share this powerful wisdom with you about Love: What our children aren't told enough, I wish to acquaint you with my beloved Kunzite crystal and her divine qualities. Kunzite is a powerful stone that comes in light pink to light violet colours. It is a high vibrational crystal that embodies pure, radiant energy and a peaceful and joyful nature. Kunzite inspires and invites us to repair the amour we carry around our hearts so that we can be more receptive to receiving abundant and unconditional love. It is known as the Woman’s stone, and is fantastic in supporting young mother’s, first time mum’s and single mothers. It is also a potent emotional healing stone, that supports those who have experienced heartache and therefore have closed themselves off from the world and others. It encourages us to let go of our fears and sorrows that have caused this heartache so we can move forward inspired by love. (No wonder why I love this crystal haha, I resonate with all of that so much!)
Now for the nugget of wisdom that I believe was strongly channelled through me and inspired by my heart and my Kunzite crystal today…
Unconditional love starts from within. It is a feeling and a vibration that you cultivate only from within. It cannot be received fully from someone else unless you yourself love unconditionally. It’s a recognition that we are all one. That we are not separate. If we are living with this deception than we can never truly feel the pure and natural state of love. It is our birthright. However, through the journey and challenge of childhood we somehow forget. We are juvenile and not developed enough to understand or rationalise life therefore we automatically blame ourselves.
This is the curse children are disadvantaged by.
And one we ultimately carry throughout life until we confront and heal it.
I wish we could lift this curse but we cannot. However, what we can do is constantly remind them that they are divine love, pure perfection just as they are. That they have infinite potential and endless possibilities that await them and that are available to them in every moment. That the key to happiness in life is to love and accept yourself for who you authentically are. That success comes from following your inspiration, what excites you and what fuels your fire for desire. That making mistakes is inevitable and isn’t failure. It’s a gift, because you now know what not to do. It’s an opportunity to learn and grow and that is what the very essence of being a human being is all about.
So how can you apply this wisdom to your life?
Remind yourself and your children of this daily!
Record yourself reading this on your phone and play it as many times throughout the day as you wish.
At the very least listen to it first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up and the very last thing you do right before you fall asleep at night.
Do this every day for the next month and see how it impacts your life.
If you love the results after that, continue to do this until it serves you.
As for me, I will be sharing this wisdom with my son daily from this day forth so that he grows up and adopts these truths into his belief system to support him towards a thriving, joyful, loving and beautiful life.
